MailBox Services - For those companies not yet ready to move into an office, Henleaze House can also offer the facility of an accommodation address covering telephone answering, message handling and mail collection.  Reception will hold all mail and telephone messages ready for collection including any parcel deliveries. There are five levels of service:
 
a. LetterBox b. MessageDesk InterCom
(a) Mail delivered to Henleaze House and collected by addressee.
(b) Taking and recording up to 15 telephone messages per week Any additional messages will be charged at 50p per message.

As MessageDesk but answered in the company name.   Combination of LetterBox and MessageDesk Plus.

We will provide you with the level of service you choose by the date we agree with you.  All you need to do is sign and return the agreement, together with one month's payment and the deposit, by the agreed date. Prices are subject to Value Added Tax. All other facilities at Henleaze House are available to anyone using the above services, at the following charges:
